interest

Hello teacher... I bought a mobile phone from an electronics store. I bought it with a 3 installment credit campaign at the cash price, but they added a 108 TL credit allocation fee on top of it. While the phone's price is 19,000 TL, I will pay 19,108 TL. Is this transaction subject to interest? It is haram...
