We are in a desperate situation. I beg for the sake of Allah (swt). Enlighten us. Should we be concerned with the troubles of Muslims who struggle to serve Allah (swt) under the most merciless torture of the arrogant people in Bosnia, Palestine, Somalia, in short, everywhere in today's world, or should we be concerned with the troubles of Muslims who struggle to serve Allah (swt) under the most merciless torture of the arrogant people in Germany? <strong>“Federal Islamic State of Anatolia”  </strong> announcing the establishment  <strong>With Cemaleddin Kaplan</strong>   together <strong>“Oh how beautiful, everywhere is a bed of roses” </strong>Let's say. As can be understood from the letters I sent, Cemaleddin Kaplan is in the Federal Republic of Germany.  <strong>“AFİ.D” </strong> He declared that he had founded it. It would have been better if he had just done it! In his sermons and writings <strong>“Either you will follow AFID and swear allegiance to me!.. Or it will be the day you will be destroyed” </strong>he says. We, who are already trapped, have been in despair of not being able to do anything for a long time. We are constantly fighting with each other. <em>  </em> A new one has been added to this struggle, which is a feast for the homes!..</p> <p>I beg for the sake of Allah (swt). Putting aside factionalism with the eyes of the Quran and the Prophet, examine this issue and explain it. Just think, there is a danger of leaving a mosque we entered as Muslims as infidels because we did not swear allegiance!.. This is a terrible thing. Please help. The duty of scholars is to solve the difficulties of believers. However, if you say that <strong> "We have enough trouble with the infidels, let's not get into a polemic with Cemaleddin Hoca as well. Let's get by with the interests and keep quiet!.." </strong>What will we do then? I sue you in the presence of my Lord (swt) for withholding from us the knowledge that is necessary in the Hereafter. I greet you with the most beautiful greeting of greetings, the greeting of Allah Almighty (swt), hoping that You will not leave me and those like me helpless.</p> <p>First, let's focus on the concept of the state. The state is the institutional appearance of political and legal power over a country that arises from the common needs of people, organizes their relations with each other according to the principles of social contract. As can be understood from the definition, the state emerges as a result of the coming together of many concrete and abstract elements. First of all, there is a need for political and legal power over a piece of land (Country) with known borders. Many prophets; because they could not establish political and legal power over a piece of land, <strong>"State"</strong> For example: This is the situation of the Prophet Noah (pbuh), Prophet Hud (pbuh), Prophet Yunus (pbuh), Prophet Lut (pbuh) and some other prophets. However, (God forbid) none of them died in the period of ignorance.</p> <p>You entered Germany with a passport for one reason or another. You are subject to musta'man law and you must persevere in your promise. <strong> Therefore, it is not possible to establish a state there (federal or non-federal)!</strong>.. However <strong>“Islamic Community”</strong> and living in accordance with the limits of the Shari'ah. In the jurisprudence of the Ahl al-Sunnah wa'l Jama'ah, the next caliph <strong>regency (naib-i imam)</strong> This is not the case.  <strong>“Return to Rightful Owner”</strong> According to the statements in the brochure titled; everyone has sworn allegiance to the next caliph. For this reason, the offer and acceptance, which are the essential elements of allegiance, have not been completed.  <strong>This allegiance is invalid (until the Caliphate is established and the contract based on offer and acceptance is realized).</strong> If Cemaleddin Kaplan   <strong> “Emir of the Community”</strong> If the parties want allegiance, the conditions and rules can be determined between the parties.   <strong>“Islamic Community”</strong>  comes to the agenda.</p> <p>In the brochure “Return to the Rightful Owner” the capital of the Federated State <strong>(Makarr-i Government)</strong> <strong>Istanbul has been declared. However, there is no government in Istanbul. There is no political and legal staff. There is no Islamic Army guarding the borders. The ministers of the Federal Government have not been declared.</strong> Since the declaration of the Federal State <strong>“El Emir ve'n Naib” </strong> He never came to the Makarr-ı Hükümet (the decision center of the government he declared, that is, the capital) even once. He never brought up such an issue in Türkiye (during his term as Adana Mufti). In fact, <strong>“For the crime of preaching in order to adapt the fundamental regulations of the state to Islam” </strong>He never appeared before the court (for opposing Article 163 of the Turkish Penal Code). He remained silent and acted cautiously for expediency's sake. Of course, this was his own choice. However, the political regime in Türkiye was the same at that time (in terms of the Kemalists' rule). In none of the sources he gave <strong>“Federal State”</strong> The concept of "the concept of the state" is not encountered!.. It is an ijtihad he made by taking inspiration from the Federal state system he saw in the West. In fact, upon the objections made, <strong>“If you can't say federated, say something else” </strong> If all the issues we mentioned are taken into consideration, it becomes clear that there is a mistake. Of course, the Islamic state is a blessing. However, in order to attain this blessing, Muslims must compete with each other in terms of sincerity, charity, jihad and good deeds. If this effort is put on the agenda, Allah Almighty (cc) <strong>“Islamic State”</strong> He bestows His blessing. He is the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.</p> <p><strong>“Return to Rightful Owner”</strong>  In the letter signed by Cemaleddin Hocaoğlu sent together with the brochure <strong>"-If we have made a mistake, correct us! Otherwise, your allegiance will be obligatory. This is a Quranic offer." </strong>It was said that a long letter was sent to them. However, it seems that this offer was not made sincerely. <strong>“Ummah of Muhammad”</strong> In the newspaper <strong>“Let Friends See You While Shopping” </strong>The article titled "He is the one who ... <strong>“To be afraid for life and property, to be eager for leadership” </strong>He accused him in a way that does not befit a scholar. However, courage is not not being afraid but overcoming fear (by thinking about the Day of Judgement). From now on (unless he asks for forgiveness) we will neither visit him nor respond to his offers. If he is truly sincere <strong>“The Headquarters of the Government” </strong> He should come to Istanbul, which he declared as the capital, as soon as possible and start his duty. This is his own commitment. Since he has no fear for life or property, he should fulfill his commitment. If he cannot do this, <strong> “You made a mistake”  </strong>confess and establish the Islamic Community. Apart from these two situations, no other situation is possible.” (<strong>Pact Magazine, Issue: 30, pp: 44-45</strong>)  <strong>  </strong></p> <p>After this article, our brother Habib Uyar wrote a letter to the Consultancy and sent a copy of this letter to the “MİSAK” magazine. Why do you say what you cannot do and cause mischief? If it is so easy to establish a state, why have Muslims been fighting in Afghanistan, Algeria, Palestine and Bosnia-Herzegovina for years? Let's say that no one objected to the AFID. Can you really judge with the rules sent down by Allah (while possessing this morality)? Does saying, "You can live a comfortable life in Germany, but you cannot judge with the rules sent down by Allah (swt)" mean running away from the Quran like a wild donkey running away from a lioness? However, it is a virtue to escape from your bigotry. You say that this state, which has been revived, <strong>“Those who do not accept AFLD are either ignorant, frivolous or arrogant.”</strong> Can you show me a person who accepts your imposition, who is not identified with your bigotry? What do you aim to do by declaring everyone in front of you an unbeliever? I am not a coward, I am not arrogant at all. There is no need for these.</p> <p>Don't your members, who are identical with your bigotry, go to the consulates of the Republic of Turkey and extend their passports? Don't they have their marriages performed when they get married? Don't they give power of attorney for their real estate in Türkiye and do legal work? Of course they do. So where is yours? <strong>Your Federal State?</strong> Don't let this be a trap you are thinking of to collect money from Muslims under the name of tax!..</p> <p>In conclusion, dear counselor! First, truly believe in the Islam you invite people to. Since writing more would not be to anyone's benefit, especially the Muslims, I will keep it short.</p> <p><strong> “Believers are brothers”</strong> It is fixed by the text.
