Al-Musayyab and Ibrahim Nahai,</p> <p>a)- Imam-i Azam Abu Hanifa,</p> <p>b)- Imam Malik,</p> <p>c)- Imam Shafi'i,</p> <p>d)- Imam Ahmed b. Hanbal,</p> <p>e)- Imam-i Evzai, Muhammad b. Jarir Et-Tabari,</p> <p>f)- David the Magnificent,</p> <p>g)-Sufyan As-Sawri,</p> <p>h)-Hasan Al Basri,</p> <p>i)- Muhammed El Bakir,</p> <p>j)- Ja'far al-Sadiq,</p> <p>k)- Abu Sevr,</p> <p>l)- Leys b. Saad and hundreds of other scholars like him are from this class.</p> <p>The absolute mujtahids have based the method they used in ijtihad on religious evidence. Therefore, it is not permissible for them to imitate each other except in cases of necessity. (100) All the disagreements seen among the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them all) are mere differences in “ijtihad” that took place on minor issues. When the statement of the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) that “a mujtahid whose ijtihad is correct will be given two rewards and a mujtahid who is not correct will be given one reward” is taken as basis, it becomes clear that it is absolutely not permissible to speak ill of the Companions. The same rule applies to all the absolute mujtahids. In fact, while classifying the people whose “testimony will be accepted or not”, Molla Khusraw mentions the following ruling: “The testimony of those who openly curse and insult the Salaf will not be accepted. The Salaf are the honorable companions and mujtahid scholars. Because these actions (cursing and insulting the Salaf) show the defects in the intelligence and dignity of those people. The one who does not avoid such a great sin will not hesitate to tell a lie.” (101)</p> <p>All the absolute mujtahids are also <strong>"Sect"</strong> is the founder. Therefore, it is widespread among the people <strong>“Four True Sects”</strong> expression; although there are devotees <strong>“Ahl al-Sunnah”</strong> If their schools are meant, it is not accurate. Because, other absolute mujtahids <strong>“I suppose”</strong>  There is a danger of being kept under control. Those who submit to all kinds of suffering in order to preserve the boundaries of the Sharia and who patiently convey the message of Islam; <strong>“Absolute Mujtahids”</strong> We are obliged to remember all of them with goodness. May Allah Almighty be pleased with all of them.</p> <p>2- <strong><em> Mujtahids in the Madhab</em>: </strong> (Al-Mujtahid fi'l-Mazhab): Scholars who imitate an absolute mujtahid in the principles of ijtihad and become independent mujtahids in minor issues are included in this class. Ibn-i Abidin states that "mujtahids in the Madhab" are those who are dependent on the Usul-i fiqh and who can oppose the absolute mujtahid in minor issues.(102) For example: Imam-i Yusuf, Imam-i Muhammad and Imam-i Zufar; although they were subject to Imam-i Azam Abu Hanifa in the Usul-i fiqh, they opposed him in some minor issues.</p> <p>3- <strong><em> THE MUSTAHIDS IN THE MATTER</em>:</strong> (Al-Mujtahid fi'l Masail): They are scholars who perform "Ijtihad" on issues for which no definite ruling has been transmitted from the absolute mujtahid. They cannot oppose the absolute mujtahid either in the usul or the furu. Ibn-i Abidin describes the "mujtahids on the Matter" as follows: "Hassaf, Abu Ja'far al-Tahawi, Abu Hasan al-Karhi, Shamsu'laimma Hulvani, Shamsu'laimma Sarakhsi, Fakhr al-Islam Pazdawi, Fakhr al-Din, Qadihan and their like are among them. "These people cannot oppose Imam-i Azam in the usul and the furu. However, they issue rulings according to the usul and the qawa'id on issues for which there is no nass."
