The authority of the Messenger of Allah to make rulings and the nature of revelation!

My teacher, Peace be upon you! Some people say, "No other information was given to the Prophet except the Quran. His words other than revelation cannot be considered as evidence" with the slogan "Only the Quran". A religion without a prophet They want to reveal it. Is there any information or verse in the Quran that shows that our Prophet was given information outside of the Quran?
