This sect structure is the exact opposite of the Mu'tazila sect in terms of its belief. Its founder is Jahm bin Safwan. While the Mu'tazila completely cancels the eternal determination, the will and course of action that Allah has drawn and limited for the servant, and considers the servant completely free and independent enough to create his own work, the Jabriyya sect considers the servant completely captive. The servant does not accept the authority of choice (choice and preference). Man is like a dry leaf in the wind. The One Who creates, is Allah. Man is a tool and a means without will, they say. As selfish as the Mu'tazila is, they are equally pessimistic.

As a result: Sin-reward, accountability and punishment in the afterlife are also in doubt. Because people are not responsible, they are excused. In this case, Heaven and Hell have no meaning. From here on, the Algebraists have spread very strange claims and opinions. The basic and common views of the Jabriyya, which has many branches:

-Faith is knowledge. He who does not know Allah cannot be a believer.

-The knowledge of Allah is hadith. It is not known before it occurs. His attribute of speech is also hadith.

- Ru'yatullah is not possible. (They united with Mu'tazila.)

-All kinds of "Creation" and action are exclusive to Allah. The servant has no freedom of will or actions.

-The people of Paradise and Hell are mortal after they are included. This sect emerged not politically but as a result of the discussions on “Fate and Destiny”. They are rational, the exact opposite of the Mu’tazila. The algebraic interpretations and expressions seen later among the Sufis are a result of submission. They have fallen into dissoluteness, due to a rebellion or internal collapse because they could not live by religious commands. Individuals who tend to put the blame on Fate and the Creator are seen a lot. However, there is no systematic sect. (Ali NAR, Akaid Risaleleri, p. 38)

- The servant does the deeds he does out of necessity, without having the power, will or freedom of choice.

- For example; “The tree bore fruit, Water flowed, The sky rained, The sun set, The sky became cloudy, The earth turned green, The sun rose, Zayd died, The building was erected.” These do not have the power and strength to do these things. The real doer is Allah. The same is true for man.

- It is said that the Jews first invented Jabriyya and that a Muslim named Ca'd ibn Dirham learned it from them, and that he later spread it among the Muslims and that Jahm ibn Safvan learned it from him.

-Nothing is eternal, including Heaven and Hell.

- Faith means knowing. Denial means not knowing. All Jews, Christians and polytheists are believers.

-They say that the Holy Quran is a created being.

-Man has neither will nor action.

-A nice discussion. (Between a Sunni scholar and a Jabriya person) It has also been seen that the following sentences were included in a letter written by Hasan-i Basri (RA) to a Jabriya person: “Whoever does not believe in Allah, His fate and destiny, that person has become an unbeliever. Whoever attributes his sins to his Lord, that person has become an unbeliever. Allah Almighty (cc) is not one to be obeyed or disobeyed by force.” (Prof. Dr. Muhammed Abu Zehra, History of Sects, p. 126-130)

-Allah Almighty created believers as believers and unbelievers as unbelievers. Iblis will remain as unbelievers. Hazrat Abu Bakr and Hazrat Omar were believers before Islam as well… they say. (Imam-i Azam, Fiqh-i Akbar, Commentary on Aliyyul-Qari, p. 95)
